Beloit Schools Fail to Meet Federal Guidelines (WTVO - WQRF Rockford)

The Beloit School District isn't making the grade when it comes to special education. The district didn't meet the standards set by the federal No Child Left Behind Act. Along with test results, schools are evaluated on graduation rates, test participation rates and attendance.
